Mo. Rev. Stat. § 227.883: Police Officer David Lee memorial highway designated for a portion of I-70 in St. Louis City.

The portion of Interstate 70 from Carrie Avenue continuing east to Adelaide Avenue in St. Louis City shall be designated the "Police Officer David Lee Memorial Highway". The department of transportation shall erect and maintain appropriate signs designating such highway, with the costs to be paid by the department of transportation.
