Mo. Rev. Stat. § 227.885: COL Elmer R Parrish memorial bridge designated for a bridge on Business Loop 44 in Pulaski County.

The bridge on Business Loop 44 that crosses over Interstate 44 in Pulaski County shall be designated the "COL Elmer R Parrish Memorial Bridge". The department of transportation shall erect and maintain appropriate signs designating such bridge, with the costs to be paid by the department of transportation.
