Mo. Rev. Stat. § 227.904: Dr Scott Hall Memorial Highway designated for a portion of U.S. Highway 136/69 in Harrison County.

The portion of State Highway 13 from Interstate 35 continuing north to U.S. Highway 136/69 in Harrison County shall be designated the "Dr Scott Hall Memorial Highway". The department of transportation shall erect and maintain appropriate signs designating such highway, with the costs to be paid by private donations.
