The bridge on Interstate 70 crossing over CST Grand Blvd in St. Louis City shall be designated as the "Freeman Bosley Sr Memorial Bridge". The department of transportation shall erect and maintain appropriate signs designating such bridge, with the costs to be paid by private donations.
