Mo. Rev. Stat. § 229.270: Fee for permit.

Before a permit to move any house, building or other structure is granted under the provisions of sections 229.230 to 229.290, the applicant for such permit shall pay to the county clerk the sum of one dollar therefor, and the county clerk shall account for such fees as is provided for in other cases.
