Mo. Rev. Stat. § 229.400: County commission to act upon report of surveyor.

Such county commission shall hear the report of such county surveyor while in session, and shall hear such testimony as may be presented, and after such hearing such commission shall determine what changes, if any, shall be made, and shall make an order of record directing the same to be done.
