Mo. Rev. Stat. § 229.481: Law enforcement officials, conservation agents and agents of department of natural resources to enforce.

All law enforcement officials and peace officers of this state and of all political subdivisions, including department of conservation agents and agents of the department of natural resources, shall enforce the provisions of sections 229.475 to 229.481 within their respective geographic jurisdictions.
