Mo. Rev. Stat. § 23.295: Office of workforce development to assist displaced employees.

If an employee is displaced because a program is sunset, reorganized, or continued, the state agency and the office of workforce development in the department of higher education and workforce development shall make a reasonable effort to relocate the displaced employee.
