Mo. Rev. Stat. § 233.145: Records of board.

Said board shall keep a full and complete record of all moneys received, showing from whom and on what account any moneys are received, giving the amount received on each particular item; and also of all moneys disbursed, to whom any moneys are paid, and for what purpose it is paid.
