Mo. Rev. Stat. § 236.200: Height of dam, how increased.

Any owner of any dam or mill, electric power and light works, or other machinery, erected by virtue of this or any previous law, may increase the altitude of his dam by permission of the court, under and by the same proceedings, regulations and conditions herein provided.
