Chapter 241 - Swamplands, Islands and Abandoned Riverbeds

Whenever the lands contemplated in sections 241.010 to 241.280, in any county, shall have been designated and reported by the person or persons appointed in such county for that purpose, the county commission shall audit the account of such person, and allow such reasonable compensation for such services as they may deem just, to be paid from the county treasury.
