Mo. Rev. Stat. § 243.420: Fees for services.

1. The fees allowed by county commissions for services actually rendered drainage districts organized under the provisions of this chapter shall be determined by the county commission.

2. The county commission shall have power to contract for any of the aforesaid services. All expense accounts shall be accompanied by vouchers showing the items actually paid.
