Chapter 248 - Sanitary Drainage Districts — Cities Over 300,000 Inhabitants and Adjoining Counties

Said board of trustees shall have power to pass all necessary rules and regulations for the proper management and conduct of the business of said board of trustees, and of said corporation, and for the carrying into effect the objects for which such sanitary district is formed.
