Mo. Rev. Stat. § 249.720: Abatement of accrued penalties for delinquency.

All penalties accrued for the nonpayment of any tax levied by any sewer district incorporated under the laws of this state in excess of one-half of one percent per month are hereby abated and remitted, and the amount of any such penalty reduced to one-half of one percent per month.
