Mo. Rev. Stat. § 256.250: Public agencies to cooperate with commission.

Upon request of the clean water commission, any department, division, board, bureau, commission, public body or agency of the state, or of any political subdivision thereof shall supply such assistance and data as will enable the commission to carry out properly its activities and effectuate its purposes hereunder.
