Chapter 256 - Geology, Water Resources and Geodetic Survey

The division shall compile all information contained in the registration document and shall analyze such information on a periodic basis to assist in the determination of the water usage and water needs of this state. Not more than three persons shall be employed to carry out the provisions of sections 71.287 and 256.400 to 256.430.
