Mo. Rev. Stat. § 259.160: Rehearing.

Any person adversely affected by any order of the council may within thirty days after its effective date apply to the council in writing for a rehearing. The application for rehearing shall be acted upon within fifteen days after its filing, and if granted, the rehearing shall be held without undue delay.
