Mo. Rev. Stat. § 260.080: Funds of authority not to be distributed to members or private persons, except for compensation for services.

No part of the funds of the authority shall inure to the benefit of or be distributable to its members or other private persons except that the authority is authorized and empowered to pay reasonable compensation for services rendered as herein provided for.
