Mo. Rev. Stat. § 260.730: Tax levy authorized for counties containing regional disposal facilities.

Any county within the state of Missouri in which a low-level radioactive waste regional disposal facility is located is hereby authorized to levy and collect an annual tax of not more than three percent of the gross receipts of the facility.
