Mo. Rev. Stat. § 260.815: Loss of revenue, rate case before public service commission allowable.

The public service commission may consider any loss of revenue that may occur due to sections 260.800 to 260.815 and allow the electrical utility company to recover the same in a rate case before the Missouri public service commission.
