Mo. Rev. Stat. § 269.072: Issuance of permit to operate substation — contents — posting.

When the applicant has satisfied all requirements imposed by this chapter the state veterinarian shall issue to such applicant a permit which shall entitle the applicant to operate a dead animal substation. The permit issued to the applicant shall bear the applicant's name, the substation location and identification number, and such permit must be maintained in plain view at the substation, and a copy of the permit must be presented to the state veterinarian upon request.
