Mo. Rev. Stat. § 273.338: Failure of reinspections after original violation, penalty, amount — payment of penalty required before license renewal.

Persons and facilities which subsequently fail two consecutive reinspections for an original violation shall be charged a fee of one hundred dollars, which shall be paid before subsequent inspection and renewal of such person's or facility's license.
