Mo. Rev. Stat. § 275.180: Association may contract for commodities.

Any association organized under the provisions of this chapter shall have power, and it is hereby authorized, to contract with its members, collectively or individually, for the entire or partial output of the commodity, for the handling of which it is organized for such number of years as may be authorized by its bylaws.
