Mo. Rev. Stat. § 28.010: Salary of secretary of state.

The secretary of state shall receive an annual salary of sixty thousand dollars plus any salary adjustment provided pursuant to section 105.005, payable out of the state treasury as full compensation for all duties to be performed by him.
