Mo. Rev. Stat. § 281.210: Citation of law — administration by director of agriculture.

1. Sections 281.210 to 281.310 shall be known as the "Missouri Pesticide Registration Act".

2. Sections 281.210 to 281.310 shall be administered by the director of the department of agriculture of the state of Missouri, hereafter referred to as the "director".
