Mo. Rev. Stat. § 290.263: Wage rates to equal or exceed federal minimum wage.

The wage rates required to be paid to workers upon public works pursuant to sections 290.210 to 290.340 shall not be less than the minimum wage specified under Section 6(a)(1) of the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938 , as amended.
