Mo. Rev. Stat. § 292.280: Inspection — duty and power of director of inspection section.

The director of the inspection section is hereby required to at least twice a year thoroughly inspect each foundry in this state wherein four or more men are employed, and the said director shall have the power and authority by order to require the provision of section 292.260 to be carried out.
