Mo. Rev. Stat. § 293.090: Director's report, contents.

The director shall compile and make an annual report to the governor on the first day of May setting forth the extent of workable mining lands in the state by counties, the type and manner of mining, the number of mines in operation, the number of men employed therein, and the number and description of fatal mine accidents.
