In accordance with Article III, Section 34 of the Constitution of Missouri, the revised statutes of Missouri shall be printed, published and distributed in as many volumes as the committee on legislative research (herein called "the committee") shall determine, and such publication shall be under the direction and supervision of the committee. If an appropriation is to be provided for a general republication of the revised statutes, the general assembly shall adopt a concurrent resolution for such general republication. The supplements to the revised statutes of Missouri may be printed separately and without a concurrent resolution being adopted by the general assembly. The cost of printing, binding and delivery of such publications shall be paid from funds appropriated from the general revenue for that purpose or, if no appropriation is provided for that purpose, from the statutory revision fund under section 3.142.
