Mo. Rev. Stat. § 3.110: Printing of statutes, how obtained.

The printing and publication of the revised statutes of Missouri, annotations thereto and supplements or pocket parts and the paper used therefor, may be obtained through the state director of the division of purchasing, as otherwise provided by law.
