Mo. Rev. Stat. § 30.090: Certificate of settlement to persons entitled thereto.

If the general assembly shall be in session when such settlement is made, it shall cause to be made out and delivered to the person entitled thereto a certificate of such settlement, showing the balance of moneys, securities and effects for which he is accountable, and what has been delivered to his successor.
