Mo. Rev. Stat. § 30.1015: Federal funds, authority of state treasurer to create and redesignate funds.

The state treasurer is hereby authorized to create or redesignate funds as necessary to avoid conflict with provisions of federal law prohibiting commingling of certain funds derived from the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009, as enacted by the 111th United States Congress.
