Mo. Rev. Stat. § 30.390: Failure of depositary to make proper statement — penalty.

Should any depositary fail to make a statement in manner and at the time required by law, or should such statement be false, such depositary shall forfeit one thousand dollars to the state, for the benefit of the state school fund, to be collected as other fines and forfeitures are collected by law.
