Mo. Rev. Stat. § 301.066: Annual registration fees for shuttle buses, recreation and vanpool motor vehicles — plates, color and design.

The annual registration fee for shuttle buses, recreational motor vehicles and vanpool vehicles is thirty-two dollars. The advisory committee established in section 301.129* shall determine the characteristic features of license plates for vehicles registered under the provisions of this section so that they may be recognized as such, except that such license plates shall be made with fully reflective material with a common color scheme and design, shall be clearly visible at night, and shall be aesthetically attractive, as prescribed by section 301.130.
