Chapter 301 - Registration and Licensing of Motor Vehicles

The director of the department of revenue shall collect a maximum fee of one-half of one cent per motor vehicle or driver license record for batch/bulk customer requests that meet the criteria enumerated in the Drivers Privacy and Protection Act.
