Mo. Rev. Stat. § 307.353: No safety inspection required during registration period which exceeds two years.

Other provisions of law notwithstanding, no person shall be required to have a biennial vehicle inspection during a registration period which exceeds two years. The inspection required at the beginning of the registration period shall be valid for the entire registration period.
