Mo. Rev. Stat. § 311.192: Wine manufacturer defined.

The term "wine manufacturer" as used in this chapter shall mean any person, partnership, association of persons, or corporation who has procured a license under subdivision (2) of subsection 1 of section 311.180 or section 311.190, and who manufactures in excess of two hundred gallons of wine per calendar year.
