Mo. Rev. Stat. § 311.430: Revocation of transporter's license.

The supervisor of liquor control may revoke any transportation permit or license granted by him for failure of the licensee or permittee to comply with the conditions or requirements set forth in sections 311.410 to 313.450 and for violation of any section of the liquor control law of the state of Missouri.
