Mo. Rev. Stat. § 313.041: Contingent effective date.

Section 313.040 shall become effective only upon the passage and approval by the voters of a constitutional amendment submitted to them by the general assembly regarding a reduction in the duration of organizational membership requirement for the administration of a game of bingo.
