Mo. Rev. Stat. § 313.510: Horse racing commission established.

There is hereby created the "Missouri Horse Racing Commission", which shall consist of five members appointed by the governor with the advice and consent of the senate. The commission shall oversee the development and administration of the pari-mutuel horse racing industry in Missouri. The commission shall be assigned to the Missouri gaming commission.
