Mo. Rev. Stat. § 313.836: Nonseverability clause — veteran's commission capital improvement trust fund and early childhood education funding.

Notwithstanding the provisions of section 1.140 to the contrary, the provisions of this act* shall be nonseverable, and if any provision is for any reason held to be invalid, such decision shall invalidate all of the remaining provisions of this act*.
