Mo. Rev. Stat. § 315.024: Drinking water to be approved, when, by whom.

An adequate, accessible supply of potable drinking water approved by the department of natural resources or the department of health and senior services shall be provided at all lodging establishments. Water from a source other than a public water supply shall not be used until it has been approved by the department of health and senior services.
