Mo. Rev. Stat. § 321.716: Laws governing recall election, costs, how paid.

The provisions of chapter 115 governing the conduct of elections shall apply, where appropriate, to recall elections held under sections 321.701 to 321.716. The costs of the election shall be paid as provided in chapter 115.
