Mo. Rev. Stat. § 327.705: State and local governments prohibited from requiring use of licensed interior designers.

The state or any county, municipality, or other political subdivision shall not require the use of a licensed interior designer for any residential building, residential remodeling, residential rehabilitation, or residential construction purposes.
