Mo. Rev. Stat. § 327.745: Right to use title, nontransferable.

The right to use the title of licensed interior designer shall be deemed a personal right, based upon the qualifications of the individual, evidenced by the person's current license and such license is not transferable; except that, a licensed interior designer may perform the practice of licensed interior design through, or as a member of, or as an employee of, a partnership or corporation.
