Mo. Rev. Stat. § 33.050: Allocation of money — certification.

When any money in the state treasury has been allocated or apportioned to the several counties or other political subdivisions of the state by an officer or board authorized to allocate or apportion the money, the allocation or apportionment shall be certified to the commissioner of administration by the officer or board making it.
