Mo. Rev. Stat. § 33.530: Treasurer to keep cancelled bonds and coupons.

The state treasurer shall keep in his office all cancelled bonds and coupons of the board of fund commissioners. All cancelled bonds and coupons of the board shall be bound or otherwise secured in such manner as to provide adequate safekeeping records.
