Mo. Rev. Stat. § 332.111: Unregistered or unlicensed practice, penalty.

Any person who practices dentistry as defined in section 332.071, or as a dental hygienist as defined in section 332.091, who is not duly registered and currently licensed in Missouri as hereinafter provided is guilty of a class A misdemeanor.
