Chapter 345 - Speech Pathologists and Audiologists

The board shall adopt a seal by which it shall authenticate its proceedings. Copies of its proceedings, records, and acts, when signed by the executive director and authenticated by the seal, shall be prima facie evidence in all courts of this state.
