Mo. Rev. Stat. § 347.095: Claims among managers or members.

Nothing contained in sections 347.079 to 347.090 shall have any application to claims among members, managers, or the limited liability company on the one hand, and persons who assert claims against a member, manager or a limited liability company which do not arise from the claimant's status as a member or manager of that limited liability company.
